This pale yellow liquid has a penetrating grassy, minty, and camphoraceous odor that is invigorating and refreshing.
This invigorating oil has a refreshing and minty scent that is known to help alleviate headaches and congestion has been found to be very useful in reducing nausea during labor, making it a must-have for expectant mothers. However, it should not be used on the skin during pregnancy and can be potentially irritating if not well diluted.
It should be noted that this oil should not be used by individuals with heart problems, in high dilutions, or in preparations or baths as it can cause skin irritation.
Additionally, it should be kept away from the faces and skin of babies and young children and not used by individuals with G6PD (Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency).
