"We attended Terri's hypnobirthing course and it was amazing. I didn't know what to expect from it as I didn't know much about this technique for birth.
It gave us all of the tools and techniques we need to have our baby in the best way for mum, baby and me. It was really useful to find out things that the hospitals and professionals don't tell you and gave us so much information and questions to ask to make our birth a positive experience for our new family.
