WHAT OTHERS HAVE TO SAY
"We attended Terri's hypnobirthing course recently and it was amazing. I didn't know what to expect from it as I didn't know much about this technique for birth.
It gave us all of the tools and techniques we need to have our baby in the best way for mum, baby and me. It was really useful to find out things that the hospitals and professionals don't tell you. Gave us so much information and questions to ask to make our birth a positive experience for our new family.
Also, the relaxation techniques and meditations you learn are really relaxing for mum and opened the birthing process up to me to feel more involved in the weeks leading up to the birth, so mum isn't left to feel like she's on her own. The course is really relaxed and we didn't feel any problems with asking any questions we had for Terri.
Thank you so much and we can't recommend this course enough to new parents to be."

"I’m delighted to be able to say that our precious boy, Aidan Edward, was born at home on the 25 July (the hottest day of the year!) to the dulcet tones of Fleetwood Mac. He weighs 8lb 4oz and is just wonderful. The home delivery was absolutely amazing, everything we wanted it to be and the Highfield team were brilliant.
I managed to reach full dilation on breath, a lot of swaying, figures of eight, lots of squatting (!) and hypnobirthing techniques. Gas and air gave me a little boost to bring him into the world but your classes and practising all the scripts and visualisations undoubtedly helped me to remain calm and relaxed throughout. The midwives were really impressed and found it hard to judge when I was having a contraction as I was so calm.
Thanks again for all your support and words of encouragement particularly in relation to the home birth. It was such a magical experience for our little family and even better than what I hoped it would be!
